What we collect, and why
Signup details. When you sign up for updates we collect your email address, optionally your name, and which group you selected (interested pilot customer, follower / peer / partner, or interested investor). We use this only to contact you about Lodestone Labs. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Analytics. With your consent, we use PostHog, a product analytics tool, to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, your device and browser type, your approximate region, the page that referred you, and basic interactions such as starting or submitting the signup form. We use this only in aggregate, to improve the site. PostHog acts as our data processor and runs on PostHog Cloud EU (hosted in Frankfurt, Germany). Your IP address is anonymized at collection and is not stored. We do not link this analytics data to your identity: no individual profile is created. See PostHog's privacy policy.
No analytics or non-essential cookies load until you accept in the cookie banner. You can decline, and the site works fully either way. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
Where your data lives
Signup data is stored in our database and a notification is sent to our team so we can follow up. Analytics data is processed in the European Union. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep signup details for as long as needed to stay in touch about Lodestone Labs, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email pd@lodestone-labs.com and we will action it.
Cookies and local storage
We set no non-essential or tracking cookies unless you accept analytics. The table below lists everything this site stores in your browser.
